R&G Racing Lockstop Savers

Saves the frame probably, but not bolt on. The race faring holder is much thinner than the OEM part so I had to bid an adapter (3mm thick)

fuel cap

Inspired by good friend Mackan, i went for the most expensive fuel cap ever. Easy t use wiht glove on and easy to know I tis secured. Yes, I did lose a fuelcap one. Not a nice experience…

fot pegs

Bonamici has really nice and high quality fot pegs

GPS mount

The original mount for the Ducati DDA couldn’t be re used, do I had to build something. Tried to have a safe place (crashing might happen) and for good satellite signal reception.

Stuff to remove

Lots of  black plastic is not needed any more

Race fairings

Race fairings in place. I got BikePlast from Bactor.se. Good price and nice finish. Not bolt on, but ok.

Also invested in  proper race seat for a better ride position

Customer service excellence

Asked Performance Friction via their home page why the pads are so thin and this is their reply:

Dear Lars,

Thank you for your recent enquiry. I apologise about any inconvenience which may have been caused.

We have recently looked into the design of the 7637 brake pad and have now had the 7637 back plate changed to a 3.5mm. If you could please let me know a delivery address I will have a new set sent out for you today.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Cordiali saluti /  / With best regards
